Quebec-Ocean participated in the Lévisium Science Festival, held in Lévis from June 10–12, 2026.
We held a stand featuring interactive activities, where a large crowd of all ages was able to learn about the dynamics and density of water masses based on their temperature and salinity. Visitors could also observe the influence of ice on ocean currents. We shared insights into how the marine ecosystem works, particularly in Tadoussac and its upwelling phenomenon. Educational games were also available to help participants learn about the food web and identify marine organisms.
