This is the common objective of the academic and interdisciplinary collective of Labos 1point5, created in 2019, in France.

The issues and challenges facing research units committed to the ecological transition will be highlighted by the demonstration of an ambitious transition plan for the coming years. In addition, the involvement of academic research in the environmental transition raises a number of issues. Questions of ethics and the links between academic research and society will be addressed.

The structure of Labos 1point5, its supporting research organisations and its 5 years of experience will also be presented.’
