Summary:
Artistic creation initiatives involving scientific research projects, across all disciplines, are becoming increasingly common, and programs to fund such encounters are beginning to emerge in Quebec. However, the scientific community is not always well equipped to understand the realities of research-creation, artists' working methodologies or their needs. This presentation will familiarize you with arts-science encounters as deployed as part of the Transforming Action for Climate (Apogée) program.
