During the third Leg of its annual expedition, the Canadian research icebreaker CCGS Amundsen reached a significant milestone by conducting scientific operations at the northernmost location ever sampled by the CCGS Amundsen since its inauguration in 2003 (Latitude: 82°09.32'N).
