On July 8 at 2:00 p.m. (EDT), a Wikipedia Edit-A-Thon will be held to help bridge the gender digital divide in ocean science. This initiative of Ingenium - Canada's Science and Innovation Museums in association with Fisheries and Oceans Canada, the Canadian Commission for UNESCO, and the Marine Technology Society, will edit, add or translate Wikipedia entries for women and non-binary people in ocean sciences.
