The marine acoustics research station will open this summer
This unique acoustic research station will be installed during the summer in the heart of the Laurentian Channel in the St. Lawrence Estuary. This project entitled MARS ("Marine Acoustic Research Station"), co-directed by UQAR-ISMER and Innovation maritime, will record in real time the acoustic signature of ships belonging to the project's partner shipowners.
