The price is based on the current cost of the equipment, U. Laval's indirect costs and taxes (federal and provincial).
a) As a renter from an organization other than Université Laval, I hereby certify that the equipment will be covered by my organization's insurance for the duration of the rental. b) I agree that charges for handling (any removal, installation, or reinstallation), transportation and use are the responsibility of the lab or organization that I represent. c) I agree not to rent or lend this equipment to any other person under any circumstance. d) I agree to mention Québec-Océan in the acknowledgements of any publication resulting from work done with the loan/rental equipment. e) Acknowledge that the equipment was in good working order upon taking possession of it and I accept the terms and conditions of the loan or rental.
